Kazuko Ninomiya has chaired this competition's Executive Committee since 2014, contributing over many years to Franco-Japanese musical exchange and to the development of young musicians. In recognition of these distinguished achievements, in July 2024 the French Ministry of Culture conferred on her the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Chevalier). The musical spirit of Jacques Lancelot is handed on to the next generation from Tachikawa, carried by an enduring bond between the two nations.

二宮和子氏は、2014年から本コンクールの実行委員長を務め、長年にわたり日仏の音楽文化交流および若手音楽家の育成に多大な貢献をしてきました。その輝かしい功績がフランス政府に高く評価され、2024年7月、フランス文化省より「芸術文化勲章（シュヴァリエ）」が授与されました。ジャック・ランスロ氏の音楽精神は、確かな絆とともに立川の地から次世代へと受け継がれていきます。
